Cometic Gasket Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lake Havasu, Arizona-based Gasket Technology, LLC. On behalf of the entire Cometic Gasket staff, we’re thrilled to welcome you as a new customer. Moving forward, all business previously conducted with Gasket Technology will be conducted under the Cometic Gasket brand. We are excited to bring the staff from Gasket Technology on board, along with their wealth of knowledge and experience in the marine market. The current manufacturing and customer support operations will remain in Lake Havasu. This strategic acquisition will immediately add much needed marine offerings to the Cometic portfolio, along with providing Gasket Technology customers with access to Cometic’s extensive line of engine sealing solutions. Our objective is to grow the already outstanding business platform created by Gasket Technology.
